What does Irial Holdings do?
Irial Holdings is the holding company for a small group of operating businesses in fashion and retail, events, and digital services. It owns them outright and takes part in running them; it does not trade under its own name.
Is Irial Holdings an investment fund?
No. There is no fund, no outside capital and no investment committee. Every company in the group is wholly owned, and the group does not take minority positions in businesses it does not operate.
Can I invest in Irial Holdings?
No. The company is privately held and is not raising capital. It is not listed on any exchange, and nothing on this site is an offer or invitation to invest.
How do I buy from VNCT WLLM?
VNCT WLLM releases to a private waitlist rather than to an open store. Join the waitlist at vnctwllm.pages.dev; collections are presented to waitlist members first.
Do Irial Atelier and Irial Studio take outside clients?
Yes, both take a limited number of outside commissions each year alongside work for the group. Write to enquiries@irialholdings.com with an outline of the project and your timing.

Where is the company registered?
Irial Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Singapore in 2026. The Irial name itself dates to 1998; the holding company was formed later, over businesses that were already trading.
