Irial Holdings is a private company. It holds and builds a small number of businesses, and intends to hold them for a very long time.
Who we are
Irial Holdings was incorporated in Singapore in 2026 to sit above businesses that were already trading. It is owner-operated and privately funded — there is no fund behind it, no investment committee, and no exit date.
The group works in three areas: fashion and retail, events, and digital services. They share the same people, the same standards of finish, and increasingly the same customers.
Fewer things, held longer, made better.
How we operate

Own outright
Every company in the group is wholly owned. We take no minority positions and we do not raise outside capital against them.

Hold for decades
We buy and build to keep. Nothing here is assembled for a sale, so the operating companies are free to plan on a long horizon.

Build in-house
Identity, production and distribution are built inside the group before they are bought in. The craft compounds; the cost does not.

- 2025VNCT WLLM is founded and opens its private waitlist.
- 2026Irial Holdings is incorporated in Singapore as the group holding company.
- 2026Irial Atelier is established to take on events work.
- 2026Irial Studio is established for identity and digital work.
The mark
The Irial mark is an H with the I of Irial set into its crossbar, cradled by laurel — the Roman mark of rank, drawn as geometry rather than ornament.
It descends from a wreath-and-monogram sketch made long before there was a company to put it on. The proportions were rebuilt to inscriptional Roman capitals; the idea was kept.
